Industrial Clerks coordinate the economical processes within a company. Within the materials administration they compare, negotiate with distributors and take care of the goods receiving. Within the production administration they controll and monitor the production of goods. Calculations and price lists are created by them and to carry on negotiations belongs to their responsibilities within the sales department. They work on marketing strategies. They work within the accounting department, book and controll business transactions. Within the human resources they determine the staff requirement, work on the recruiting and plan the staff employment.

Machine operators prepare operational procedures, monitor machine functions at test beds and launch machines. Furthermore they inspect the machines regularly to assure the operating state. They care and repair, if necessary. Thereby they arrange for the necessary operating materials, i.e. lubricants, change wear parts like seals, filters or tubes and adjust mechanical parts. Furthermore they monitor the production process and serve and regulate the flow of material. Furthermore they execute quality control procedures.
